Responsibilities

• Business Outreach: Seek out and capitalize on new business vistas within the Web3 and blockchain landscapes.
• Client Relations: Steward relationships with existing and potential clients, underpinning growth and cementing customer contentment.
• Interdepartmental Synergy: Forge close ties with cross-functional units to curate bespoke solutions, ensuring optimal client support.
• Industry Insight: Maintain a finger on the pulse of sectoral shifts and market evolutions, furnishing informed sales tactics and pitches.
• Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and surpass delineated sales benchmarks and vital performance indicators.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A proven track record in sales and customer success, preferably within the tech, Web3, or blockchain domains.
• Market Knowledge: A sound understanding of the Web3 and blockchain sectors, supplemented by a network of industry connections.
• Communication Skills: Stellar written and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strategic Orientation: An innate ability to strategize and adapt in a swiftly evolving tech landscape, coupled with a proactive approach.
