Responsibilities
- Business Outreach: Seek out and capitalize on new business vistas within the Web3 and blockchain landscapes.
- Client Relations: Steward relationships with existing and potential clients, underpinning growth and cementing customer contentment.
- Interdepartmental Synergy: Forge close ties with cross-functional units to curate bespoke solutions, ensuring optimal client support.
- Industry Insight: Maintain a finger on the pulse of sectoral shifts and market evolutions, furnishing informed sales tactics and pitches.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and surpass delineated sales benchmarks and vital performance indicators.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A proven track record in sales and customer success, preferably within the tech, Web3, or blockchain domains.
- Market Knowledge: A sound understanding of the Web3 and blockchain sectors, supplemented by a network of industry connections.
- Communication Skills: Stellar written and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
